I know you said you try not to get a ton of dairy...but I love greek yogurt for vegetarian protein. That or cottage cheese, but I can't handle the texture of it.

^This. I went from a 36DD to a 32DDD, and even though I went up in cup size, they are not nearly as large as they were before.
