I soooooo agree! Thanks for the post! Your kids will eat the healthy food when they get hungry! They don't need garbage all of the time. Do we want them to struggle all the time eating healthily as adults?? Nope.

I have been a vegetarian for 7 years tomorrow. I absolutely love it. I don't miss meat. It is not hard to get enough protein on a vegetarian diet. I eat a lot of beans, nuts, seeds, eggs, and cheese. Honestly, I look at the message boards a lot. It helps me to motivate when I am anything but. Also, I try to schedule my workouts so I don't skip them. If they are on my calendar, I will do it! Good luck!

Hey there! Congrats on beginning this journey! Calorie counting is the only sure fire thing to work. It may be a good idea to post your food diary for all to see, which you can find in the food settings. Then you are accountable and the community can help you make changes when you struggle. Can you bring a cooler with you and an ice pack? You could freeze a few water bottles also and keep them in your cooler. You could drink the water as it melts and will keep your food cool.

Champagne is relatively low in calories. You could have a glass or two and be fine. Drink a few glasses of water in between so you don't get drunk and lose all inhibitions and drink/eat too much!

You can really do it! I have been doing the program for a few weeks now and surprisingly, I love running. I was the same. I fantasized about being a runner but never did it. Now I am running!!! I recommend planning on stretching a lot after every run. Just follow their plan and you will be just fine! :) Good luck!
