Make sure you are making time for yourself and lean on your support people. Do something nice for yourself. Bingeing is often related to underlying emotions i.e. frustration or helplessness due to colic. Take good care of yourself and let this binge go :)

Think about olympic runners...do they seem bulky to you? Nope. Running does not make you bulky. It tones you and your legs will get stronger, but no. Running will not make you bulky. :) Enjoy your run! I :heart: RUNNING!

Fat grams are more calorie dense than a carbohydrate or protein, therefore they increase your calorie intake faster.

Yes, Coors is gross. And there are many more delicious microbrews available. So yes, gross on the coors. I avoid them at all costs. Full of sodium and not very filling in general. I have eaten them in the past and hated how unsatisfying they were. Cooking from scratch can be easy and quick! And very healthy and satisfying!!
