Coconut oil :) sooo good!

You have the option to enter your own exercises, just enter it yourself. Take the average calorie burn that they have posted around the gyms where Les Mills is offered and put it into the system...that's what I've done

It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for friends and family, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. Keep going!

When I make it it yields two servings. I drink one in the morning for breakfast and then usually the other in the evening or for an afternoon snack. Sooo good

That depends on your goal IMO. Do you want to be healthy, or do you just want to lose weight? Are you creating a lifestyle for yourself, or just looking for a quick fix? I think treating yourself is part of success, if you never give yourself a treat, you are more likely to binge and have uncontrolled amounts of what your…

Look into glucosamine, my cousin has the same problem from various injuries, she has artritis, swollen joints, and just general pain and she swears by it. Also, yoga.

Plain and simple, if you are paying for part of this training, your trainer is responsible to equally coach you both. If that isn't happening, I wouldn't be paying. I would probably also make a formal complaint to the gym that he works out of, he seems very unprofessional. I can tell you this would never be tolerated at…

First of all, great job on deciding to make positive changes in your life. It can be hard, but the payoff is worth it! A few things that have worked for me: For most meals, especially if I am going to make a less than ideal choice, I have a big plate of veggies (not a salad unless it's a good mix of greens)like chopped…

What has worked for me is to cycle workouts. 6-8 weeks intense cardio, switching to just a warmup with weight training after...if you feel you need more cardio in this period, do it after you've lifted for a good period of time so that you've gotten what you need out of your muscles first, and so on. In the first cycle…

Green smoothies! I work a LOT, so I make them ahead of time, two at a time so I only have to prepare them every third night after work, and I just put them in a sealable cup in my fridge, stir before I leave and take them with me. SO nutritious, delicious and filling! Google it, lots of tasty creations!

I've just recently tried the frozen grapes, so good! Someone just suggested to me to try frozen cherries as well, which sounds awesome :)

Go on a date to somewhere you haven't been together. Maybe somewhere you've both wanted to try but just never gotten around to, make time to do it! Get to know each other all over again, have long talks until the early hours of the morning in bed :) haha and I totally agree with the role playing idea, it's always fun to…

It varies depending on what I have available, but it generally consists of Handful of romaine lettuce Handful of spinach 2-3 celery sticks 1 apple 1 pear juice of half of a lemon 1 banana and sometimes parsley is added I ended up throwing some pureed ginger in the other day after a big workout, and it was surprisingly…

Sorry, regular blender!

I actually work at a Goodlife where all the Les Mills classes take place and I just added it into the database, because nothing really is close. I added it as cardiovascular and the average calorie burn is approx 500 cal/hr IF you're pushing yourself with heavy weights, otherwise alter it for how hard you're…

Have you tried green smoothies at all? They can help boost your veggie intake by quite a bit, I have one for breakfast almost every day, and I've practically had all of my "recommended" servings of veggies for the day right there, plus I eat lots more throughout the day. My go-to recipe is 1.2 cup cold water 1/2 head of…
