Hi, I started training in judo when I was in high school for awhile, after college I began Shorin ary karate and Daito Ryu Aikijujitsu. I went as far as 7th kyu. Finally I archived my black belt in Shuri Ryu karate and Okinawan kobudo. I am working toward my 2nd degree as well studying Shuri Te jujitsu.

YES! Unless you have kids that will only eat pizza, then order the wings for yourself and a pizza she will like. If your wife likes wings, mine doesn't, then order what she and/or your kids will eat. That is always a loaded question and you will instinctively choose the wrong answer unless you consider her first!

Hi John, You need to add more veggies to your diet. The are high in fiber and fill up up and low in calories. Try adding a salad with your meals and take it easy on the dressing. John

You cannot spot reduce but you can get slim down all around. Building muscle, not necessarily bulking up like a bodybuilder, will help your body consume fat from all over your body.
