For me heck yea! I cannot workout on a full stomach and I love the first thing in the morning workout. When I am done its a protein shake and some fruit and I am good to go!

The question of weighted or body weight is important. Most people cannot do 100 "proper form" squats either way. I personally like to do body weight squats and I shoot for around 200. No it is really good! 2 Table spoons of PB2 and some water mix and spread. It is awesome, I tried it once and now I am hooked. Also comes in a chocolate flavor as well. When I first tried it my wife wanted to try it was so aromatic. Now I got to hid it from her and my daughter.

I love peanut butter too, but if your really want a treat try PB2. You can get it at Whole Foods or through Amazon. All the peanutty goodness with 1/2 the cal and fat. Try it.

I only get to swim 10 minutes at a time in my neighborhood pool, I love it but I would make sure I do something else as well. It might be different if I was able to swim longer but that is just the way it is for me.

At my job the powers that be have decided to entertain customers at my site. So almost everyday of the week there is pizza, Moe's SW grill, bagels, donuts you name it. It truly drives me insane as the company wants us to eat healthy. AAARRRGGGHHH!
