I find that a good couple of resistance bands are indispensable, you can do anything with them that you can do with a weight and they are inexpensive.

A lot of this is going to depend on what training you do and how you eat normally. If you are doing a lot of strength training you may need to up your protein as you will need it in order for your muscles to recuperate and grow. If you are doing mostly cardio may be not so much. Barring any serious medical condition where you might need medication, you could always go to a kickboxing or self defense class and work out your frustrations by actually hitting something. Its works wonders for me.

Yeah, I jockey a desk and several PC's. Its hard to work in some exercise during the day especially when your team works across time zones. Lunch time is a great time for a meeting.. :sad: I try to get up early or work out late.

I volunteered to assist my instructor with classes. After awhile he would allow me to lock up the school. Eventually he gave me a key. Now I work out late after classes and on Sunday. You may want to see if you could help your instructor, after awhile he may allow you the same curtesey.
