My wife likes to use Smart Balance, it's a combination of soybean and olive. It is also high in Omega 3 and is supposed to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

You're a better person than I. I could never do it. I have given up adding sugar to drinks years ago and now use stevia exclusively. Also gave up soda years ago too, but at work there is far too much food around. Donuts, Pizza, Bagels its a nightmare.

I heard some dietician on the news say to count it all, but me personally I only count water. My tea, hot or cold, is unsweetened, and I had to take myself off coffee because of the caffeine content.

I haven't tried the ninja but I do have a Health Master. The Health Master is fantastic and the combinations drinks you can make are very good. I would assume the ninja is just s good.

I have to at work, many saboteurs here. In addition the bosses have a lot of customers coming through so there is a lot of food. I don't like to judge people but I do find it annoying. At the dojo I work out in, is next to a bar. So there I am running multiple forms back to back working up a sweat on a hot day and all I can breathe in is cigarette smoke. Its their right and I cannot say anything but it does suck.

THIS! If you are sure you are using proper from, to H@#L with those guys. The one thing you do not want to do is squat with too heavy of a weight and then most likely use bad form. That will screw things up a lot. Especially with squats work your way up slowly and with good form.

This is true, your muscles will need more time to recuperate. Adding a protein drink can help that.

Not only did I not have a weight problem, but I was always very thin, until college. Then it was drinking beer and eating junk and gaining weight.
