Thanks for the feedback, everyone. :) I set my activity to 'sedentary' and I don't usually log the daily chores, except for the cooking part lol. But I realise I was just cheating myself so now, I don't add to my diary unless it involves 'out-of-the-ordinary' work or till I break a sweat.

This just happened to me last night when I ate pasta, and I'd wondered what was wrong with me because I absolutely love (loved?) pasta. I felt so uneasy, something like digestion, I wondered why my body protested. I feel deprived though, haven't been eating a lot to meet the daily calorie goal. :(

Just tried this. I kept losing balance and took a long time, but it was fun! If I see improvement within a month, then that's fabulous. :)
