One thing that I changed is to make sure that I "book" time for myself. I found that I always have time for kids, family, hubby but never enough time for myself. Good Luck! 30 Day Shred is not easy if you're just starting. But do-able! There are some other great workout DVD's out there...Let me know if you ever need any suggestions.:wink:
