depends when...how active and how hungry you are... if I just worked out...and I am hungry ....I eat....and I eat a lot... Sometimes over 500 calories...who cares...as long as you're eating nutrient dense foods...that is nourishing your body who cares if you eat 300....400....or 500 calories...you eat more now....then eat…

You are 100% right...I am a mother of 2 kids...one of them is a little overweight...and I take full responsibility for it... I buy the food that is in my house...I eat healthy...We eat at home...I cook from scratch...however I am the one responsible for buying chips, cookies....and sugary cereal...I am learning to say no…

My husband is Latino and he keeps complaining that I am getting too skinny and have no "booty"....I think that it's more personal preference than anything else...I think that man in general prefer women that are "healthy" looking...meaning having curves...and I think some get intimidated by women with some muscle :)

I would question your trainer's qualifications and education...seriously.......I trained with personal trainer...he provided me with nutritional plan and it was nowhere near where your trainer wants you to be....with as much exercising as you do there is no way you should be eating 1200 a day...you seem to be right on…

I just want to say I love your breakfast... I wish I could down breakfast like that without worrying about putting on lbs... Mine would be oatmeal with addition of whey protein powder or onions with green peppers ... Chicken and poached egg... Or I would mix pumpkin puree with cottage cheese.... Greek yogurt...protein…

I usually take nice...long relaxing walks on my days off...then I can put energy in my workout the next day...but you do need to learn to relax...otherwise you will burn-out eventually... :)

The way I look at it why deprive yourself...???it makes you crave food even more. I try to have 1 "free" meal a week just so I don't feel deprived...I eat clean all week...it's what you do and eat everyday...not once in a great while...so I say once you hit your 10 lbs mark...go ahead and have something that you…

What you need to remember is that you're burning a lot of fat after your strenght training...during recovery phase...and that is not reflected in the calories shown on MFP....so don't worry about what it shows...you're still burning calories for hours after your work out...at least 300-400 calories or more...depends on how…

11 lbs in 2 months?? I say that's perfect...you don't want to lose weight too quick, you didn't put lbs on in one month...so it will take some time to take it off...I wouldn't cut any more calories because you will slow down your metabolism...if anything I would take it up a notch...good luck....be patient! I think you're…
