    OMG!!!!!!!!!! I did this last night. I had made some simple guac a few days ago...just avocado, tomato and onion. Then last night I made chicken drumsticks for dinner and had about 3 extras. So I pulled the meat off and shredded it up and mixed with my guacamole.

    HOLY GOODNESS BATMAN!!!!!
