I'm on day 5 , and I am finding I can't eat 3 meals anymore .. it's just Breakfast and Dinner with Snacks throughout the day ... And I have so much more Energy .. feeling awesome !!!

Yes Rusty me too !!!! It's so hard.. and if you excercise .. How do you eat partial cals back ??? I'm soooooo full all the time !! Forcing myself to eat a handful of almonds every few hours!!!

I did not exercise tues or weds .. I'm bummed that i have been eating dinner out and not having time to excercise .. I'm getting back on track today ..( thursday) ! :o)

Iconnor I have never done the 30 Day Shred so I can't comment on your soreness question.. Sorry .. ;o) Today I did Learn to Run Week 1 Day 2.. 30 mins (10 running/ 20 walking) Then about 45 mins slow walking .. It was a bit of a slower day for me but I'm glad I did something!!

Got home today .. Turned around and had our work party .. I ate small portions and didn't go overboard.. Then .. We Danced !!! I only did about 20 mins .. But I got a good sweat on!! Wooot !! Happy march guys !!

I was away .. Just catching up .. Weds .. No excercise .. Thurs .. Killer beach hikes .. 2 1/2 hrs .. One beack was really pebbly and quite a work out to walk on then the next beach was 1/2 hike downhill .. But a good 45 mins straight uphill !! I had to rest a couple times but I made it!!

Xbox Kinect - Rally ball/ Reflex Ridge.. Then jogging/ marching / jumping around .. iPod tracked - 92 mins 5.01 miles/ 448 cals burned !! Woohoo!! Feel good now, but I bet tomorrow I will be sore !!

Ok .. Got a chance to take the dog out .. Then it started raining.. Boooooo.. BUT ... :wink: We just kept going ... I did : Learn to Run 5k - Week 1/ Day 1 It was only 25 mins but I was definitely sweating and sooo RED !!! But I made it all the way thru the program ! Yay!!
