I started it about a month ago - not sure about my sugar levels , but I have lost belly fat. It's cheap $10 for about 3 mos at 1 tablet a day. It can't hurt !

I'm with Jen 100% .. I tried it once and have not looked back .. I have Bulletproof coffee every morning and I feel amazing until about 15 mins before lunch .. it's is filling and gives me crazy energy .. but not that "jittery-I've-had-a-hundred-cups-of-coffee-energy !" I stalled out for 6 weeks !!!
