I'm looking for people to help me keep me motivated and accountable on here. I'm getting to the point where I just want to give up and finding it hard to keep going because I'm not seeing results at all.

    Please dont I just started today and i now just figured out if I exercise I get some calories back which I guess is good because I was already in the negative. We can be accountable buddies.
