Almost the same as me .. except I can't eat yogurt .. but we eat the same way !! I live on peanut butter and rice cakes, boiled eggs and cold fish of some sort !! lol !!

I did just that ..!!!! :laugh: Dug the dvd's out , dusted it off and just made myself do it .. I did the 30 min fat burning cardio .. It was awesome and i really enjoyed doing it again .. But I too wasn't sure about logging calories burned .. i think i chose low impact aerobics and it wasn't much burned say 199 cals for 30…

Errr.. I am not at the Insanity level yet .. I have done a couple of the P90X workouts that nearly killed me .. But I have the Shaun T (same guy) Hip Hop Abs and it is really fun .. easy to do and good work outs for days when you aren't feeling INSANE ! lol .. I would say def eat more .. especially Proteins. Have fun !
