To many people perceive gastric banding as an easy fix, its not, there are major risks in having the surgery, but particularly bariatric surgery. Soup soup soup for me to, i made a great big pot of chicken and vegetable soup using 1 skinless breast , celery, zucchini, pumpkin onion mushrooms and carrots and it comes in at about 125 calories for a large bowl.

....on crackers with tomato and lots of pepper .....for breakfast cook up some mushrooms, top a toasted english muffin or bagel with cottage cheese and then top with heaps of mushies.. ....use it instead of bechamel in lasagne and substitute mountain bread for the pasta sheets

I am in Aus to, you can buy applesauce in the tomato sauce aisle, what you would use with roast pork i guess, or go to the tin fruit aisle and buy those little tubs by golbourn valley of apple puree good luck

I have used mine in a 'laksa' style soup with prawns and chinese veg, and also a cold asian inspired salad with lots of coriander and chilli. The trick is to have lots of flavour in the dish because the noodles will take up the flavour.

nooooo not Palak panner had it a while ago and then checked the calorie count....mega calories, try any curries that are tomato based not creamy, or dahl,and just plain steamed rice.....if you want to stay in control

once a fortnight is not going to hurt as long as you get back on track , straight away, and as for the exercise....well we all know that a bit of lurvving is like going on a 4 mile jog...or so i am told hehe. Just enjoy your time together and focus on each other Have fun
