5 or 6 stalks of finely chopped celery sauteed with the onions then add cummin coriander and smoky paprika, if you are going to add some chicken i love fennel seeds as well, i tend to go to the spice drawer and keep adding until i like the end result, and its always better the next day

I think thats a good way to think of it, look at your journey in cycles of 4 weeks instead of weekly and if you are down after a month then all is good, as long as the numbers are trending down you are winning, but haha if it was me i would have the months weigh in the day before he flew home, try and not stress it for the…

My thoughts exactly, when i did c25k a while ago thats exactly what i did, and i let the old head talk me into not finishing it, with me it was definitely a physiological barrier that i gave into to, i kept telling myself ' i am not a runner, i cant do this' Try not to overthink it and just go with it.............good luck

i dont include what is part of my normal routine, cooking cleaning grocery shopping are all part of what i do normally, i count exercise as 'getting off my but and walking or cycling' etc...but thats only my take on it
