  • Hi Everyone, I have lost 2.2 lbs this week. I was hoping for a little bit more because I am just starting, but I am going the direction I want to go. DOWN :smile: I will keep pushing on. Slow and steady wins the race. It looks like a lot of people are making great progress. Great job everyone!
  • It looks like a pretty amazing group here. I am just staring out! My first wegh in is 171lbs and my goal is 143. I am picking up running again and just started Turbo Fire. I think the accountability will be better if I have a weigh in every week. Why not Sundays. Thanks for all the inspiration. Wish me luck. :)
