Is the 18.3 from all your measurements or only one specific measure?

Super low BP isn't as great as you might think. My BP is constantly down around 90/65 and I am prone to dizziness and tunnel vision.

What I like to do is plan out my meals for the week. Easy meals, and buy all the groceries needed on the weekend.

I'm going to say that it was likely water weight.

I do that a lot. I'll have the same thing for breakfast for 2 weeks, and then switch it up. I really don't see how it's an issue to eat the same thing other than it can get boring.

Do you have a husband or parents or friends that can watch the kids while you do at home workouts? Can you join a gym? I am trying to lose my baby pouch too. I started at the gym and started Couch to 5k runner. This seems to be shrinking my belly. All the best to you!

I just don't friend people who don't have similar goals as me. The ones who attempt to eat under 1200 calories a day are not the ones I want to see on my feed, so I don't add them. If they bother you, don't add them as a friend and ignore their forum posts.

I've found that I have this same issue. But, since my sugars are mostly from fruit and I'm not diabetic, nor am I in any real danger of becoming diabetic, I am not too worried about it.

I figure I'm on track... I am probably losing about .5 to 1.5 pounds a week I think.

Try looking up the individual components? Like, just a red velvet cupcake? And then if 4 minis make a whole, like, a quarter of one?

Ugh, I had that problem when I worked in a nation-wide donut shop. Luckily I fell pregnant, and the smell of coffee made me feel queasy, and as such, I stopped eating all the donuts and stuff... I would try packing my own snacks maybe? Healthy snacks so when the craving hits you can grab that instead?

If you also start making changes in what you eat (swapping that chocolate bar for a granola bar, ice cream for greek yogurt, ect) you will find it easier to come in at your goal. Right now, I have a hard time meeting a 1480 goal, because I have made a lot of switches in my snacks/meals. You can do it!!
