My thoughts on this are that generally when something is a quick fix, you will gain the weight back once you are not taking the product any longer. In order to lose weight and keep it off, you need to make a lifestyle change and eat healthy foods for life, taking a cheat day occasionally of course.

Never used it, but in my experience using supplements to lose weight will work in the short term but not keep the weight off. The trick to losing weight is a lifestyle change that includes working out and eating healthy.

I was just the opposite. I wasn't consuming enough calories, which is just as bad!
