I'm 5'2" & for some reason 110 seems to be stuck in my head. Over winter, I induldged in way too many tortilla chips & hummus snacks; my scale proved it. I too, want to lose some thigh, butt, and tummy. Especially the saddlebags! UGH!

Me! I could use the accountability.

I agree that it is your sister's food, don't throw it away. Tuck it behind some other items so it's not staring at you every time you open the pantry door. Don't add "fuel" to any fire she may or may not be starting. Good Luck!

You're impressive! That's dedication I wish I had. I tend to backslide too much, you see the goal!

Yes, I am currently dealing with this (again). My goal was to lose 7-10 pounds over the last few months before I saw some friends that I haven't seen in years. The first month I did fairly well, but then I just got irritated that the weight was coming off as fast as I wanted even though I felt as if I was exercising and…

I'm 5'2 as well and weigh less than I did in high school and would like to be about 105-110, toned and show a bit of muscle as well. I have been weight lifting with a trainer over the last year and wasn't pushing myself as hard as I am now. I was also going back to school and ate at night while at the computer doing…

Use instead of mayo, add to an omlet, or even though this may sound icky...blend avocado up with some plain greek yogurt w/without some stevia. It tastes like a decadent dessert! I also think that the avocado helps with my arthritic hip. When…

Yes, I can see that you have a neck and a big smile! You look so much more happy and healthy! Keep going. Good Job.

Definitely find something that you like. I did try Zumba & felt like I had 4 left feet. Now I switch between walking, going to the gym for the cardio machines and I have tried several of the free classes offered there as well. I found that I really enjoyed Body Pump, a weight lifting class, but did not enjoy their aerobics…

If I see anyone run, overweight or not, I think, "I wish I was doing that!" When I see an overweight person run (& I've seen some heavy people at the gym have a good clip on the cardio machines) I am impressed with their motivation. It takes me awhile to get into the cardio groove. Good for you! Keep on running!

Wow, you must have a great inner coach & motivator!
