Make sure you get enough protein. I would add that back to the breakfast and see if that doesn't help. I've been told to have protein with every meal.

My trainer says lean protein with every meal and low amounts of added sugars. Meat has calories, maybe you need more throughout the day?

My trainer at the YMCA says generally we should have a 1200 diet but if you exercise and then gain the more calories you should eat to get back up to 1200. Maintain a healthy weight and keep a regular exercise schedule. Enjoy more outdoor activity! Hiking, Fishing, Scuba Diving, all will be more enjoyable at a healthy weight. Oh and I am going to buy whatever clothes I want and shop wherever I want and not have to be restricted to XL and XXL sizes!!!!
