Bumping for later.

That is awesome, it's weird how it takes our minds a while to catch up, I always find myself still reaching for the xl or l. We have a very similar starting weight and goal feel free to add me if you would like, I'm always looking for more friends with like goals.

I love it, I only own 2 pairs of pants but once I hit my goal weight I plan to buy more. I can't justify spending the money right now as I don't plan to be at this size for much longer.

I am in Sherwood Park, Alberta. I usually love the heat but this week with the humidity I found that it is difficult. My one year old is having a heck of a time sleeping. However I'm not going to complain because all I have to do is think about January.

This is the first time in my life that I have been motivated to exercise. In the past I will start then take a day off, which turns into two days off, that turns in to months off. I started doing Ripped in 30. I wanted to finish something so I picked a program that I could do for a month and feel the accomplishment. I did…

Great difference. Very inspiring to see what 10 pounds can do.

It's kind of a weird one but my husband said to me over the weekend that my "bum back" has disappeared. Growing up my sister and her best friend always bugged me about my "bum back" which were my love handles on my back which made it look like I had a second bum.

I am a stay at home mom to two beautiful girls 3 and 1. I have about 45 pounds to lose to reach my first goal. Feel free to add me.

Those look really good.

I tried on a pair of pants that I had in my closet from years ago...and they fit. Down to a size 14.

I'm not doing 30DS but Ripped in 30 and I found the same thing at first. I am now on week 4 and the scale has finally moved after going up 0.5 a pound and then staying the same for 3.5 weeks. I haven't taken progress measurements yet because I didn't want to be disappointed. I say stay with it for the full time and see…

This looks intense. Will have to try (with a couple bras on).

Did week 4, day one this afternoon and man am I already sore. I can feel it in my quads and my shoulders. Every time I raise my arms I want to cry a little. I'm excited for the end to see my measurements and take pictures.
-
Very interesting. May have to try the experiment.

Did week 3 day 1 this morning and my whole body is hurting again. Those duck walks are killer and I don't think I'll ever get the rock n rolls. I this week so much better than week 2. I find it harder but I like that I'm feeling like I'm getting more of a workout.

Mom of 2 girls (1 & 3). Been on MFP for about a month and looking for some friends for support. Feel free to add me.

Bump for later

I have been reading the posts on here, I read about 5 pages of replies trying to figure out my own situation but I can't seem to get my mind around it. I have been on MFP for 5 weeks now and have lost 8 pounds in the first 3 weeks but now it has stalled. I have been eating 1490 calories plus eating back my exercise…

Should i be taking something to help my muscles, if so what? Just finished week 2 day 2, my shoulders and wrists are killing me from all the planks. I found that I didn't get as good of a workout today because I was so sore, I found the same thing with week 1, day 2 so I know it will get better. I still can't figure out…
-
Great job, you look awesome!
-
Thanks for the equation, saving it for later.
-
No I haven't taken anything, I just found that by day 5 or so they stopped hurting as much. Now I'm on week 2 and now it's different muscles hurting.
-
Finished level one yesterday, I can finally sit down without wanting to cry (my quads have never been this sore in my life). I'm scared what level 2 has in store for me tomorrow.
-
Bump to try later.

I am currently doing Ripped in 30, tomorrow is my Week one, day 6. Finally today my muscles have stopped hurting from the first day. I am loving it though.

Bump for later.
