Ran my first 5k today! 83 lbs. lost and still going!

I have struggled with my weight my entire life and this time I let myself get the biggest I had ever been. I started this journey full force November 2011. Today, I can proudly say that I have lost 83 lbs. and I ran in my first 5k today finishing at 30 minutes 20 seconds (not fast but I have never been a runner). I still have 30-40 lbs to lose and my weightloss has not been the greatest over the last couple of months. I am still chipping away at it day by day and I can say that I am proud of how far I have come.

Stats:
Height:5'4"
Starting weight approximately 266 lbs.
Current weight: 183 lbs.
Goal weight: 145-150 lbs.

Hopefully the picture works!

Congrats - you did great on your time! I ran my first 5K on 9/15 and was did 32:37 & finished 4th in my age group. Was bummed because I ran the same in 27 minutes practicing the week before. Congrats on your weight loss, too, and here's to more 5K's!!!
