  • Hi, you have come to the right place, we all have been where you are now ~ and I agree with what everyone is saying, take one day at a time and you will get there. For me, I get rid of all foods which are unhealthy, including any high calorie temptations, I set a goal and put my stubbornness to good use to get me there.…

  • Hi, yes many believe lemon juice (2 tbsp daily) is good for helping you to lose weight. It is very good for you nutritionally as well. Apple Cider Vinegar is also good, I can do the lemon juice over the run of a day but not the apple cider, it upsets my tummy too much.

It was slower than I was used to but still managed ~ now that I am in full…
  • I am new here, can you track points instead of calories? My co-worker does the WW point system, she loves it. I count Calories. I am thinking of switching, if you have a busy lifestyle, go out for dinner a lot, WW point system might work better.
  • I feel for you, that is so terrible of your family ~ toxic is right, personally I would distance myself as much as possible and please remember and be proud of what you have accomplished, they feel threatened now with your weight loss, in their minds, who will they pick on once all of your goals are met. Try to surround…

  • try having someone work with you who can eat non-stop junk food, cookies, cakes, candy, chips, crackers etc all day, everyday, now that is hard when dieting, I drink water and yes, chew gum plus bring my own snacks /food ~ I keep this site open so if I did cheat would have to record it, I don't like having to do that. Good…
  • you could also be diabetic, if you find you feel faint etc after having a lot of carbs, still best to go get it checked out as soon as you can.
  • My daughter was/is anorexia, she has been battling this off and on now for about ten years. At times she presents the same systems; usually her electrolytes are out of balance. Too much salt/not enough salt. Also a lack of Vitamin D can make you extremely tired, abnormal hormone or vitamin inefficiencies as well, as…
