Heck all I've done is go to community and hit on one of the topics and I click on new topic and go from there hope this helps I'm new to the forum stuff!!!!

When you first start off I would suggest you weighing everyday expecialy if your a good bit over weight if your only 10 or 20 over once a weak is fine.
