Totally agree! Ever since I started dropping weight I realized that when you "lose" something, it's something you eventually want to find. Like "I lost my keys, I lost a $20 bill, I lost my phone" etc. I force my clients to take the word "lose" out of their vocabulary. There's no reason to lose weight unless you're looking…

Friends, or adding people who have gotten similar results is also a great help. You can think of them as mentors and refer to their diaries for an idea on what to be doing yourself as an outline of sorts.

I've been going at this for about a week or so. I changed my diet drastically (hitting the gym and eating under 1000 calories a day). So far so good. I lost 13 pounds in three days! =o I need to lose about 100 more. We got this, though! =D

Dr Pepper is my kryptonite. A friend recommended I purchase Soda stream so I did. It's definitely not the same; it tastes like the supermarket brand but it still gives me my fix. And only 35 calories (per serving =X)!
