Walk and jog with a stroller and dog everyday! I try to go 2-3 miles. I also watch my calories and I have a body by vi shake every morning or breakfast !

I'm 5'10 and my gw is 180 but once I get to 180 I want to set a new goal! So I don't think 200 is high and maybe when you reach it you will continue on your weight loss journey! That's my plan :)

Congrats! Today was the start of week 3 and Im down 12lbs! I bought a new pair of jeans 3 sizes smaller than normal! And they were not tight :)
