I've been taking advantage of Netflix... they have some nice workout videos also. I stream the videos through xbox lol its awesome.

I confess that I'm hungry right now and i'm staring at a special k bar and a pack of powdered donuts. I keep thinking if I dip the donut in green tea i'll still be eating healthy...hehehe

One thing you must remember is that "life" will always find away to temporarily knock us down. As long as we pick ourselves back up, we will be fine in the end. You have overcome your emotional battles, which was the hardest part. 10lbs is just a number, so dont beat yourself up over it. You lost it before, you can lose it…

Its not so much as trying to find a magic serum or even for everyday use. Mainly for on those days when I don't excersice and just doing regular everyday things, ie cleaning, shopping etc, but I totally understand, so far i'm doing ok, as a beginner, with walking, excersicing and so forth. Just trying to find a supplement…

Yeah , the shakes and a piece of fruit are a great idea for meal replacement. The shakes can be easily and quickly consumed. Special K has a nice line of snacks and meal replacement alternatives. I tried their fruit yogurt cereal today for the first time and to my surprise it was delicious and the small amount I ate held…
