I dont do zumba classes, but I do have the dvd's and I LOVE it! If you like dancing you will definitely love it. I'm a non dancer but I still love it. Its a great workout. I have a cardio, flat abs and full body sculptor oh and 20 min express for zumba. Even the 20 min express is great! I say give it a try!

I actually love Pilates. It's a great way to get a full body stretch and tone muscles without getting that bulky look. My body feels so rejuvenated afterwards. If you have netflix, there is a pilates pick your level one that is great and easy to follow.
