  • That is Tabata but most classes usually only last about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour tops. I've heard average 300-400 calories with the normal 20 to 30 minutes so if you did an hour then 700 seems about right.

  • I think it is whatever works best for you. I weigh daily so that if I see my weight going up continually I can nip it in the bud before it gets out of control.

  • If you just want to keep them fresh a few days longer you can put them in the refrigerator unpeeled. The peels turn black and look really nasty but the banana stays fresh.

  • I'm in agreement with everyone else here. As long as there is no caffeine or high sugar any liquid is good. And it's also true that you really don't need the 8 glasses a day. Just make sure you stay hydrated when you need to!!
