1) Get through Week 3 of C25K next week (I never made it passed Week 2, determined to do it this time). 2) 5lb weight loss for April. ( I am having a hard time lately staying focused to lose 5 lbs :'( , so far so good.)

Good morning team, Sorry I didn't lose any weight this week, but I didn't gain either. I feel better and a little stronger and will tweak my eating this week, by doing some meal prep on Sunday for the week. I will add in another day of working out and push it up to 4 workouts. Hopefully I will have a loss next week to help…

I made it to the gym tonight, did week 1 day 2 of C2K5 and strength training. I also drank 96.9ozs of water today. I feel like I could float away :) .

@Serendipity0913@ love your vision board. I just made a weight loss vision board on a smaller scale and attached it to a mirror in my bedroom, so I can see I everyday. @misalillstead- I would love to lose 30 pounds "amount of cheese an average American eats in a year" for starters.

Woo-hoo I went to the gym tonight even though it was pouring out. I think I will be sore tomorrow :) , but glad I went. I also drank 90 ozs of water today. Not a bad.

Congratulations on your loss and getting into a new/old outfit. I have so many clothes I hope to wear this summer. I long to wear my top tucked in again . Hopefully we will all be closer to our goals at the end April. I know what about being honest on here, its nice to have this outlet.
