They appear to be quite slow in taking up newer research and translating it into proper plans. I suppose if you have premium you can tweak your settings to two meals or one meal a day and set calories or macros that way. It's what I have to do.

Doing spring cleaning this weekend, plus a little gardening with the lovely weather! I have doubled my step count for the last two days and i want to keep this up for the week!

Thanks for those videos - very interesting! Reminds me a bit of Tim Ferris and others who just suggest that you can experiment with your own actions/habits to change your life and see if anything 'works' for you better.

Hi, If you can find the totals in 100g and you need to add 60g, just change the number of the serving to .6 instead of 1. Same for the smoked salmon, just add .33 instead of 1 serving. That will correct your totals. Also, if there is a 1g measure, instead you could add 33 servings of 1g! Welcome to MFP!
