  • You can find the schedules here www.p90xworkoutschedule.org . I'll do like they say, start with the lean one for 90 days, move on to classic 90 days, then maybe ... doubles.
  • I started doing it today, it was really hard, but I think once I get the hang of it, it will be a lot better. I wonder how do you actually track the exercise here?
  • I started P90X lean today, but I want to know if any girls out there are actually eating the whey protein. I have a hard time reaching the 1800 calorie count otherwise and I can't get the P90X recommended supplements here in Mexico, so I have to do with GNC. I was thinking about Wheybolic extreme, but taking only one scoop…
  • Something to be really proud about. I started P90X today, it was tough, but seeing other people's results, helps me a lot. I'm sticking to it for sure!
