  • I just finished Divergent and Insurgent by Veronica Roth. They were both very good!! Can't wait for the final part of the trilogy. Now I'm reading Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver - thus far, it is very realistic and thought-provoking as well as beautifully written. Yay literature!
  • To up the nutrients and good-for-you-ness of it, you could try asking them to substitute black or brown rice for the white rice. I've done it and I think it tastes great (and gives me an excuse for all the carbs :wink: ).

  • I'm a big fan of Greek yogurt, especially Fage. It's low in calories and packed with protein (about 13 or 14g in one small cup!). It's also low in sodium and high in calcium. When I have it for breakfast with my customary cup of tea, I never feel hungry and I have lots of energy. You should give it a try C:
