Eggs, especially egg yolks, are really high in cholesterole. So I wouldn't advice eating them "obsessively". My mums cardiologist says 3 eggs a week max.

I would really like some MFP friends for the last stretch. 5 weeks until the wedding EEEK!! I have no real goal, just want to track what I am eating. Of course loosing weight is a great bonus. I'm angela85 on WB.

Sorry for stealing your thread, but how do I log the 30ds into the exercise diary? What catagory do people put it in?
