I'm 5'2" and now about 100 lbs. I've lost a little over 10 lbs in the last 6 months, mostly by watching what I eat through MFP and adding a little more exercise (mostly jogging). I find the MFP calorie goals to be pretty accurate so if I'm getting about 1200 calories on a day with no exercise I will lose weight. My daily…
