I goggled the calorie count and found a site and it said the full hour burns 682 calories . You can create a new exercise spot with that amount in the exercise section. When I do the 30 min I half the calories and made a new section. I love the workout I'm so sore today in all the right spots

I do extreme shed by her . I just Google how many calories that program burned and it tells you how much. It has a section that you can log in a exercise that they don't list. So I put in the amount that the site said that the program burns and that's how I log it every night.

I use diced chicken and stir fry shredded cabbage in soy sauce . High in sodium but tasty and low in everything else. I put it over yellow rice for the family and eat it w/o the rice for me.

Thank you for the input. He just came and read your post. When he strength trains, for guys I know its more weight smaller reps. He just said he was not gaining muscle when he went to the gym he felt like he was just putting on weight . Do you have any advice on what you do?
