I'm also 5 4" . When i hit a plateau I raised my calories . I stupidly didn't know I was suppose to eat my exercise calories back. So I wasn't eating enough. Now I just eat 1600 on workout days . vanilla almond milk and sugar sub stevia . When I first started on here they had one of these thread and someone added they use cinnamon . I think cinnamon speeds metabolism or something and its actually pretty good . Just couldnt drink it everyday .
