You sound just like me! My baby was 9lbs 10 oz and I have stretch marks ALL over my tummy, and sides, and thighs, and calves...I cant hide any of them ;D Glad I'm not alone! My friends were all really lucky and had NONE!

Glad you pushed through it! I never feel like running, but once I do, I'm very glad I did it. The hardest thing for me is getting out the door.

I forgot to check in yesterday. I weighed in at 150 blah (up a pound from last week)! Had guests last weekend and will again this weekend....need to stick to the diet! My plan for the week: Thursday: Leg day/situps Friday: W2D2 Sat: Arm day/situps Sunday: W2D3

Sorry to hear you have such bad shin splints. I get them pretty bad also. do you have good shoes? I've gone to specialty shoe stores before where they look at your running stride and will recommend shoes based on your stride. Also, not sure if you could find a better/different running surface. Good luck getting your evening run in! It seems that whenever I plan to wake up early and get something done, my son always decides to wake up early, too! Never fails :wink: I'm missed my morning walk today, but my shins are somewhat bothering me. I'll try to get my weights in tonight at home and call it good :happy:

I dont know if this will help, but maybe you could ask the person teaching the class? They may have a good idea of how many cal you guys are burning, since they put the class together. Worth a shot! :happy:
