  • We did a 5K yesterday =- 55:10 - 2 massive hills (492 ft elevation)... I'm 53, 246 lbs, and asthmatic... so I'm very happy with my time - this is a personal best - last time was 55:46 for this same course. that was yesterday, today I walked 4 miles in 1 hr and 14 mins. :-) I'm tired.

  • I had mine out in Jan. I was actually very sick because of it, and was loosing a pound a day... way too fast. (also had other health issues, bleeding ulcer etc). I was in the hosp for 2 days, told to not do too much exercise for 2 weeks, then no restrictions at all. I'm in my 50's so I'm guessing you will recoup faster.…
