  • Hello All! I finished Month 1 this past Sunday :) :) In Recovery Week now, but wanted to share my first month results. 12.4 lb LOST, 2.5" off my hips, 2" off my waist I'm excited; the progress pushes me on!
  • Great post!! Felt like you were speaking to me. Like you said, losing the weight isn't the hard part...it's keeping it off by not reverting to old habits. Realizing it's a lifelong change and embracing it. I hope to be able to report similar losses at the end of the year and next year be able to say I'm still maintaining :)
