I have "cheat meal" every mini goal I reach..it's not every week or every 2 weeks..depends when I reach mini goal..and its not all day, its one meal, could be a cheese steak or a small order of chinese chicken and broccoli..but I won't over do it..its good to trick your body every now and then..not all the time

I had a cheat day one day, and i went to the chinese buffet...bad choice to begin with, but it took me a week to get back on track..I felt tired, i didnt wanna go to the gym i just felt like crap..it took me a while to get back but i'll tell ya what I wont do that again lol..There's no problem with having cheating/treat…

Well I was referring to how much WEIGHT should I be lifting with..I know weight training on a regular basis is fine, but do I do 15 lbs or 50 lbs..big difference

For me i used to do mini goals, like every 25 lbs i would do something..But now I make it every 10 lbs because it gives me more incentive to work harder cuz it's so close. Every 10 lbs i lose I have a "cheat meal" Whether it be chinese food as my one meal, ihop breakfast a cheesesteak whatever..I am so strict on my diet…

I have at least 100 to lose..I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and its such a hassle to lose weight, even more so with PCOS but WE can do it, PCOS is just a detour in the road, we have to go a different route but will always end up at our destination...GOOD LUCK!

For a very overweight person 3.1 miles is a lot lol. But I'm trying to get myself motivated and trying to do walks to the park to get myself used to it. I have 2 more months to get ready and lose at least another 30 lbs and it should be a lil easier..thanks girls :)
