I've had this problem for years..In fact i weighed in on a friday, by next saturday I gained 13 lbs..I didnt go off off my diet..but i ate more than my normal 1200 calories..its so easy for me to gain weight..but to lose one pound, it takes blood sweat and tears lol

Tried it..first few days i had to get the fat intake under control or i was in the bathroom throughout the day..after being on it for a month i dont have any side affects after being strict on the diet plan..but no significant weightloss..would i buy it again and waste 60 bucks...nope

ya'll are right..i've been fat since birth lol..last time i was under 200 was when i was 12..im so focused on how much i have left to lose and its so far away I can't look past it and see the accomplishments i have done..thanks :)
