Hi Kchloee! A month ago I started taking supplements she recommends in her books, not all but most. Felt better. More energy. I'm also PCOS. After a month of supplementing and working out with weights, I finally had a period after 2 yrs. so things are going well I think. I'm 48 yrs old btw. (Sorry if it's TMI)

Actually, I'll be starting P90X on Monday, I have a few items to purchase like the elastic bands and pull-up bars which I'll be doing over the weekend.
