I use a load more eggs - i use about 350g of virtually fat free cottage cheese and 6 eggs.. few slices of bacon (fat trimmed) all mixed together them poured into a quiche dish and cooked for about 30-40 mins on gas mark 5 til golden brown i add 30 grams of low fat cheddar aswell to the mix absolutely lovely and serves a…
