I had a quick look at your food diary and I could not see how much sugar you are consuming. A diet very low in sugar may cause your energy levels to fall off. If you are not already, it might help to add a moderate amount of sugar to your diet. Best of luck!

I think a great way to get him making more healthy lifestyle choices would be if you do more physical stuff together over summer. Get out, go hike, jog, swim, run. Peel, thin slice, season with salt pepper and olive oil and roast for about 10 minutes. Once soft, add to any salad. It's sweet tasting, and adds an interesting new texture to salads.

On an Cybex Arc Trainer, I can do 35 minutes at an average 60% resistance and it will show over 600 calories burned. So I suppose it should be possible to hit 1000 calories in 60 minutes. The maths is certainly possible. The problem is though that my HRM shows about 300 calories when the Cybex Arc shows 600. I daresay if…
