Not a bad start to the month, but I need to kick things up a notch! July 5th - Nothing July 6th - 25 minutes on the cycle, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 20 minutes weight lifting July 7th - Nothing Total in July: 225/1440

Got a nice little workout in today! July 4th - 25 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes lifting, and ALOT of swimming. I don't know how long was actual active swimming (rather than playing in the water with the kids) so I'll just go with 30 minutes. :) Total in July: 160/1440

I totally accept the challenge! So far July 1st - Nothing July 2nd - 25 minutes on stationary bike, 25 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of strength training (weight lifting.) July 3rd - Nothing Total: 70 min/1440 minutes

Thank you, guys! I never realized how confusing the exercise aspect of it all could be. I have the calorie counting down. Now just gotta keep the momentum up in the workout zone!

Back on my first go round with this weight loss thing, I tried to do classes. I, um, realized that my rhythm is nonexistant and I look like a fool in the class. lol I am going to try and do one..maybe..some day..when I get the courage again. Haha
