Not trying to be rude, but why would you move into a house that allowed smoking if you were so sensitive to it? :/
-
i'm white
-
Uhh... then go ahead and do that? But don't expect your landlord to terminate your lease early because of smoke. He has the complete right to deny that, if he doesn't want to do it. You did sign a contract.

I'd like to explain the difference between the right to the persuit of happiness, and this delusion you have that you have the right to ultimate comfort, at anyones expense. The right to the pursuit of happiness (our amurrican freedoms that you seem to hate) guarantees you just that... the right to the PURSUIT of…

You can also close your window. That would be much easier. Or, like, talk to the dude, instead of trying to get the landlord involved.
-
That's a super cool story, but seeing as it's not illegal yet you don't really have much you can do about it. Next time you move into an apartment, check out the other tenants first.
-
So your right to comfort overrides his right to comfort? Sounds legit. Not sure you know what equal rights mean.

Close your window

why would you ask for their opinion on weight loss if you already knew you could do it on your own

DId one bag of caramel corn cause you to gain the weight? No? so it wont cause you to gain it all back. go get some, and give half away if you have to. no point in denying deliciousness.

Carbs give you energy, but do not repair your body. Fat and protein repair your body. You only need a certain amount of energy. That is why you should not go crazy on carbs. They do nothing but give you energy. I hate hate HATE seeing people on high carb, low fat diets. Destroying their body.

I wouldn't want my boyfriend going to a strip club either. I find it weird that there's this sort of... rivalry going on between people who let their boyfriends go, and people who don't. Going to a strip club or not going to a strip club isn't the most important life issue you're going to face. Respect people's decisions.…

This is me to a T, including the anxiety. My boyfriend knows not to eat around me unless its something that doesnt involve a lot of chewing.

Different people will show it differently. Not saying youre doing this, but when I was bigger I kid myself into believing I was a smaller size than I was. So I thought I didnt lose any sizes either, but it turns out I never fit into the UK 12s to begin with!

Looks good. I'd just like to let you know at your height, 50 pounds is a BMI of around 11, which is obviously not healthy.
-
you realise you probably eat many GM foods every day right?

White men may have oppressed people before, but I don't see what that has to do with me personally. I've never done anything to anyone, so I dont see why I should be held to a different standard. And actually, my parents have never done anything, and my grandparents have never done anything. And those are the people who…

lol, do you live in chicago? i'm talking about mid sized cities in the midwest/south. she said she lives in wisconsin. i live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and can get a one bedroom for $450 a month. and tulsa isn't a tiny city. you can also buy houses in small towns here for $25k
-
I'm fairly certain you can find a one bedroom or studio apartment for under $700/month in most places. I don't really understand why you're still with your mother, TBH.

5'3, 122lbs, anything under 1600 (usually around 1200-1300). I am still losing weight just slowly.
-
I do, but only because he takes his shoes off downstairs and I take mine off upstairs

the white guilt, let it flow through you

earlier my husband ate an icecream in front of me and it really ticked me off. oh wait, that was someone else...

Thanks, but I'm pretty sure that was just an extremely wordy way of saying what I said. This being my absolute point. You don't know any other information than numbers - so you can't draw any conclusions.
-
Not our fault people can't understand the jargon! The lawyers who write up the contracts/scripts for us are absolute idiots. Spelling "for" like "four", leaving out words, including extra words, wrong punctuation, RUN ON SENTENCES etc etc... and I'll lose my job if I dont read it verbatim, so it's no wonder customers are…

UGH! I can relate to this SOOO MUCH! I work for a company that verifies energy contracts. So when you sign up for Direct Energy or IDT energy, you'll be speaking to me. The absolute worst calls are ALWAYS from Bronx/NY/Flushing area of NY. I've never even been to that area personally (I'm from the south) but I know I…

I have no idea why women are lusting over an abusive man.
